I have always been passionate about being a help, making a difference, and building people up. As the sales manager, I get to further this cause by educating agents, the community, & clients about real estate, the advantages of homeownership and starting a business in regard to securing their future through business planning and time management techniques. Recognizing how complicated the process of buying or selling properties can be and how hard it is to take the leap to start a new business, I take my role seriously in this huge life change on both sides of things. We are a boutique real estate office whose agents are known for being relational as opposed to transactional. I am committed to training with this culture mindset and helping them gain the confidence to grow their business. In my capacity as their biggest cheerleader and ultimate “hand-holder,” my mission is to be the person to lean on to provide creative solutions to any challenge they may face.
